Information Clause for Clients

We hereby inform you that as of 25 May 2018, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", are in force.

This information is addressed to our Clients and concerns the principles and conditions of processing Clients' personal data in connection with services provided by ARTBP sp. z o.o.

The legal basis for providing this information is Article 13 of the GDPR. Should you have any questions, please contact our office: e-mail: info@artbp.pl, tel. 42 637 00 09

We indicate that the information obligation towards Clients is fulfilled by:

1. Publishing the required information clauses on the website of ARTBP sp. z o.o.

2. Displaying the required information on the notice board in the publicly accessible area of the ARTBP sp. z o.o. registered office located in Łódź at ul. Wersalska 47/75, 91-212 Łódź.

Acting pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the GDPR, we inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is ARTBP sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Wersalska 47/75, 91-212 Łódź, VAT No.: 727-260-41-35, (hereinafter referred to as "the Controller" or "ARTBP sp. z o.o.").

2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the agreement and the services provided thereunder by ARTBP sp. z o.o. on your behalf.

3. Your personal data will be processed on the following legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) and/or (b) of the GDPR.

4. Your personal data may be disclosed to:

1) the Controller,

2) institutions, authorities, and entities entitled to process personal data under the GDPR or national law, to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of statutory purposes, including health-related purposes,

3) entities that process your personal data on behalf of the Controller under a concluded data processing agreement (so-called processors).

5. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country or international organisation solely on the basis of standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission. It is possible to obtain a copy of the personal data transferred to a third country upon a written request submitted to the Controller.

6. Your personal data will be stored for no longer than the period required by generally applicable laws — for example, for the storage of accounting records and specific data in accordance with tax regulations — as well as for the period arising from the legitimate interests of the Controller (i.e. the limitation period for securing potential claims).

7. You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, erase it, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to processing, subject however to the limitations on rights arising from generally applicable law.

8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data infringes applicable law.

9. The provision of personal data is necessary for ARTBP sp. z o.o. to perform the concluded agreements and provide its services.

10. Data may be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling (demographic, preference, interest-based), however solely for the purposes of delivering the services provided.

11. In order to ensure proper work organisation, production control, the safety of employees and property, and the protection of the company's trade secrets, the company's premises are equipped with technical means enabling image recording (CCTV monitoring).

Cookies Policy

1. General information about cookies

The administrators use cookies on this website. Cookies are pieces of data, in particular text files, that are stored on the User's end device (e.g. computer, phone, smartphone, tablet, etc.). Cookies typically contain the name of the website they originate from, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique identifier. We distinguish between session cookies — which are deleted when the web browser is closed — and persistent cookies — which are stored on your end devices for a longer period (this type of cookie enables your browser to be recognised upon your next visit to our website).

2. Purposes for which cookies are used by the Administrators

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

a) the proper functioning of certain mechanisms used by the website;
b) the generation of statistics that allow identification of how a given person uses the website;
c) advertising purposes — enabling the delivery of advertising content tailored to the interests of visitors to the website.

3. Legal basis for the use of cookies

When you open the website www.artbp.pl, a message appears informing you that the website uses cookies. You may:

  1. enable all cookies (the "Enable all" option),
  2. customise cookies according to your own preferences via the "Set preferences" option,
  3. decline the use of cookies (in which case they will be blocked) — via the "Set preferences" and "Accept according to preferences" options.

In each of these cases, the use of cookies will be based on your consent. Declining consent to cookies or significantly restricting them in the "settings" field may impair the use of certain website features. Please note that in addition to adjusting cookie settings on our website, you may also use the so-called incognito mode in your browser — in which case information about visited pages and downloaded files will not be recorded in your browsing and download history.

4. Third-party cookies used on the website

Our website uses cookies from the following sources:
a) Google Analytics — through this partner we carry out statistical analysis of website traffic (so-called analytical cookies). The service is based on the use of cookies on the end device of every person who opens our website. No personal data is transferred to Google — only information used to generate reports on website "traffic". The only information we have access to via Google Analytics includes primarily: information about the operating system and web browser, the subpages you browse, the source from which you navigate to our website, your approximate location, etc. You can completely disable Google Analytics by installing a browser add-on, available for download at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=pl
b) Google Ads — through this partner we build a profile of your interests, based in part on the pages you browse.

5. Server logs

Use of our website involves sending requests to the server on which the website is hosted. Every request directed to the server is recorded in so-called server logs. Logs include, among other things, the User's IP address, the server date and time, and information about the web browser and operating system used by the User. Data recorded in the server logs is not associated with specific individuals using the Service and is not used by the Administrator to identify Users. All data and information transmitted through our website is secured with an SSL protocol.
